What We Do
mCon esports unlocks the full potential of esports by developing talent and building community. Since 2007, we have provided a professional platform for players across the Benelux to grow — from their first local tournament to competing at the highest level. Through partnerships with educational institutions, municipalities, and industry leaders, we create the infrastructure that turns passion into careers and brings esports closer to mainstream recognition.
Where We're Going
mCon esports develops local talent and pushes the Benelux forward as a thriving esports region. We believe the Netherlands and its neighbours hold untapped competitive potential. By investing in grassroots development, organizing events like the Rotterdam Esports Masters, and building bridges between esports and traditional sports, we aim to establish the Benelux as a recognized force in European esports — with Rotterdam and Breda at its heart.
